TBYD is publisher only. TBYD is not a market participant, seller, Merchant of Record, payment provider, integrator, operator, or sovereign of a concrete SES instance.

TBYD does not sell, license, activate, or operate concrete SES instances and does not offer a chargeable Core, activation, or payment process on this website.

Third parties

If a person or organization independent of TBYD provides implementations, technical services, or other offerings, it acts in its own responsibility and not as TBYD. This website does not make TBYD a party to such a third-party offering.

SES boundary

Publication or use of public material does not create machine PASS, C-level elevation, certification, regulatory recognition, or productive activation of a concrete instance.
